• About the Squeak:The little squeaker device is located on the inner edge of the sole, in the area of the heel. It?s a very small plastic piece and can be easily pried out by an adult for quiet time, but not so easily that the little ones can do it. Please, when the squeak is disabled, be careful to keep the little squeaker out of reach of small hands and mouths.

  

• About Sizing:Unless stated in the detailed description of each shoe style, the shoe sizes offered are in conformity with the standard US baby and toddler shoe sizes 4 to 9. Most styles are marked with both the US size and the counterpart European size, i.e. 20/4 and 21/5 and so on.
• About Returns and Exchanges: Shoes can be returned for full-price refund, less shipping costs, provided they are in un-worn condition. Shoes can be exchanged for another pair of equal value, provided they are in un-worn condition, and provided that the buyer be responsible for round-trip shipping.
• About Shipping: At this time we are only able to process orders from this website within the US. All orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail, and will ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment. If you are outside the US and would like to place an order, please send a message using the "Contact Us" button, with details of what you would like (style, size, quantity), and with your address. We will reply to you within 2 business days with shipping quotes and options.
• About Payment: To offer a safe and secure environment for your shopping, we are currently using PayPal to process all payments. Please note: If you have a PayPal account, great! But if you don't, you can still use your credit card to make payment on a PayPal invoice.
